How does QR-code check-in actually work?
Publish the form, download its QR code (PNG for quick prints, SVG for banners), and post it where the line forms. Attendees scan with their phone camera, the form opens in the browser with no app or account, and each signed submission lands in your dashboard in real time.
Can registration and the waiver be one form?
Yes, and that's the recommended setup: put the waiver text and signature at the end of the registration form, so it's structurally impossible to register without signing. No more cross-referencing a 240-person sign-up list against 198 waivers.
What happens to the data after the event?
Export the attendee list as CSV or Excel, bulk-download every signed waiver as one ZIP, or leave it in the dashboard. Free-tier data is retained 90 days, Pro one year, Business indefinitely, so match the plan to how long your records need to live.
