· What you'll send

Every hour a coordinator spends chasing waivers is an hour the mission didn't get. Sign Sail puts the waiver, the application, and the emergency contact in one link volunteers complete before orientation, and the audit trail behind every signature is the same one the paid e-signature giants charge per envelope for.

Volunteer waivers & releases

Liability release, photo consent, and emergency contact in one form, signed before the volunteer shows up, with a QR code at the door for walk-ins.

Volunteer applications

Availability, skills, references, and background-check consent collected with the signature, so screening starts from a complete record.

Board consents & resolutions

Written consents and conflict-of-interest acknowledgments, routed to every board member in parallel and archived with one audit trail.

Donor & program forms

In-kind donation receipts, program enrollments, and partner agreements, signed without printing a single page.

· Questions

Asked before you ask.

Is there nonprofit pricing?

The regular pricing is already nonprofit-shaped: free for 2 forms and 25 submissions a month, $12/mo billed annually for 1,000 submissions and unlimited forms, flat per account rather than per seat, so the whole staff can share one login allotment without per-user math.

Can we collect waivers at an event for walk-in volunteers?

Yes. Every form has a downloadable QR code; print it at the check-in table and walk-ins sign on their own phones in about 90 seconds. Submissions land in real time so the coordinator can check names off a list.

How do board consents work with members in different cities?

Send the consent as an envelope to the full board list on the Business plan: everyone signs in parallel from wherever they are, reminders chase the stragglers automatically, and the completed PDF carries every signature with one audit trail for the minute book.

Legal-grade on every plan.

Every signature carries the signer's IP, a UTC timestamp, the user-agent, a SHA-256 hash, and a frozen copy of the form, baked into a signed PDF. Included at every tier, not sold back to you as an upgrade.

Give the coordinator their Saturday back.

Start free with two forms, enough for the waiver and the application. Upgrade only when the program's volume demands it.
