Does signing work in the field with patchy coverage?
The forms are lightweight and load on weak connections, and anything sent ahead (subcontracts, waivers) can be signed from home or the office before the crew rolls. For on-site signatures, any phone browser works with nothing to install.
Are electronically signed lien waivers valid?
E-signatures on lien waivers are enforceable under ESIGN and UETA in most states, but lien law is state-specific and a few states prescribe statutory waiver forms or notarization. Use your state's required wording in the form, and confirm the e-signature rule for your state before switching over.
Can the office see what was signed in the field?
