If both send PDFs for signature, why pick Sign Sail?
Because most signed documents start life as collected information. A waiver needs the participant's details, an intake form needs the project brief, a registration needs the attendee list. Signaturely makes you collect that data somewhere else first. Sign Sail collects it and signs it in one step, then hands you the structured data as CSV or Excel, not just a stack of PDFs.
How do the audit trails compare?
Both record signer identity, timestamps, and document history. Sign Sail additionally hashes every signed payload with SHA-256, freezes the exact form schema the signer saw, and cryptographically seals completed PDFs (PAdES), so any later edit to the file is detectable. If you ever need to defend a signature, that evidence bundle travels inside the PDF itself.
Is there an API on Signaturely?
